How long would it take to ship my order?

We process everything within 2 business days and ship within 1-2 days after. Sometimes, if we are not busy, we are able to process and pack everything in 1 day and ship it out the next, but it really depends on how busy we are.

Where is your produce sourced from?

We source most of our produce from local distributors in NY/NJ who also sell to local restaurants and markets so it is high-quality and fresh! We never use frozen even for any of the veggie combination treats. Our bully sticks are sourced from a meat wholesaler in NJ; however, the veal calves are from the farms/ranches in Virginia.

Have the treats been tested before?

Yes, we do have guaranteed analyses and have labels for our treats. But we do not mass print these for every product as it is not financially reasonable for us (especially for low volume products). We normally have these for stores, but may not have for Etsy, Tiktok, or the website. Some of our products have the label in our product listing.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We can only offer an additional discount for orders that are truly bulk, or you are a business. We can offer tax-free if you order from us directly and pay via Zelle or Venmo. Feel free to reach out to us on our Contact form for more details.

Can I pick up from you? Do you sell locally?

We accept pickups in Jersey City, NJ. Please text Yan at 862-371-6103 with your order. In Queens, NY, we have a selection of our treats stocked in a grooming store called Hachimi Puppy in Whitestone. We also, sometimes, show up at various vendor markets in NY/NJ, but it depends on our schedule.
